摘要
研究了低合金调质高强钢在直接淬火条件下回火工艺参数对组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明,实验钢经控制轧制和直接淬火后,随回火温度升高强度下降,冲击韧性提高,600℃以上回火仍然保持较高的强度水平。纳米微合金碳化物析出延缓了回火软化作用。600℃回火的前20min强度明显下降,冲击韧性明显改善。之后由于微合金碳化物的析出抵消了基体的回复软化作用,强度出现上升趋势。在线直接淬火和回火工艺有利于提高离线调质钢的综合力学性能,降低能源消耗,提高生产效率。
The effect of the tempering process on microstructure and properties of low alloy Q&T steel under direct quenching condition was investigated. Results showed that, with the tempering temperature increasing, the strength of the controlled roiled and direct quenched steel decreased and the impact toughness increased. The high strength retained after tempering above 600 ℃. Precipitation of microalloy nano-carbide delayed the tempering softening effect. During the first 20 min of 600 ℃ tempering, the strength decreased apparently, and the impact toughness significantly improved. Subsequently the strength appeared a rising trend because the precipitation of microalloy nano-carbide compensated the matrix softening. Online direct quenching and tempering process could improve the comprehensive mechanical performance of offline Q & T steel, reduce energy consumption and raise productivity.
