摘要
目的探讨CIK(cytokine-induced killer,自体细胞免疫疗法)对恶性肿瘤患者心理的影响。方法选择煤炭总医院普外科收治的癌症患者60例,遵照知情同意原则并按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组30例采用常规抗癌治疗,观察组30例接受CIK治疗,对其进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评。结果常规治疗组与CIK治疗组SAS得分分别为51.2±2.6和62.6±2.5,SDS得分分别为53.5±3.2和65.2±4.1,两组患者得分差异有统计学意义。结论 CIK治疗作为一种新的治疗方法,可加重患者心理负担,心理干预可缓解此类患者焦虑与抑郁的发生率,所以,对于施行CIK治疗的患者,有必要实施心理干预。
Objective To research effect of CIK on psychology of cancer patients.Methods 60 cases with cancer treated in general surgery department were chosen as the research object.They were divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of in-Loaned consent and in accordance with random number.The control group with 30 patients received conventional anti-cancer treatment and the observation group with with 30 patients received CIK treatment were surveyed with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and SDS questionnaire.Results The SAS scores of CIK treatment group and conventional therapy group were（51.2±2.6） and（62.6±2.5）,The SDS scores of CIK treatment group and conventional therapy group were（53.5±3.2） and（65.2±4.1）,there were significant differences between patients of two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion CIK treatment as a new therapeutic method could cause psychological strain.Psychological care can reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression of cancer patients in clinical work.So psychological care intervention was necessary for cancer patients received with CIK treatment.
