摘要
以5-((4-甲酰基-1-哌啶基)甲基)异肽酸及其Cu(II)配合物的合成为例,从化合物的设计合成、目标产物的表征、研究型实验结果反馈三方面阐述了综合性实验与理论知识体系的相互关系。实践表明,研究型综合实验教学能提高学生实验操作技能,培养学生的自主创新意识和科研能力,对学生的整体化知识体系的构筑具有重要的意义。
The paper discusses the correlation between practical teaching of research-type comprehensive experiment and students' knowledge system from the aspects of experiment design, the characterization of target product and experimental results, using the teaching of synthesis of 5 - ( (4 - carboxypiperidin - 1 - yl) methyl) isophthalic acid and its corresponding Cu(II) complexes as an example. The practice shows that the teaching of research-type comprehensive experiment can improve the students' operational capacity, cultivate their innovation and research ability, and especially benefit the construction of their comprehensive knowledge system.
