摘要
目的探讨盐酸羟考酮在中、重度癌痛患者中的应用情况,为临床工作提供参考依据。方法选择河南省驻马店市中心医院2010年8月～2012年7月收治的117例癌痛患者作为观察组,中度癌痛者57例、重度癌痛者60例,均采用盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗;同时以100例采用硫酸吗啡控释片治疗的中、重度癌痛患者作为对照组,以镇痛效果、生活质量评分(QOL)以及不良反应作为观察指标评定药物的应用效果。结果观察组总有效率为90.6%,明显高于对照组的81.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度癌痛者的总有效率为96.7%,明显高于重度癌痛者的84.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后所有患者的QOL评分均明显增高(P<0.05),与中度癌痛者比较,重度癌痛者QOL评分增高更为明显(P<0.05);治疗过程中患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论盐酸羟考酮在中、重度癌痛患者中的应用效果满意,对中度癌痛患者具有更佳的镇痛效果,而对重度癌痛患者能够取得更佳的生活质量改善效果,是首选的药物治疗方案之一。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Oxycodone Hydrochloride in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain and to provide reference for clinical work.Methods From August 2010 to July 2012 in the central hospital of Zhumadian City in He＇nan Province,117 patients with cancer pain were selected as observation group,57 patients with moderate cancer pain and 60 patients with severe cancer pain,they were treated by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets,and 100 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain were selected as control group,the application effect of drugs were evaluated by analgesic efficacy,quality of life（QOL） score and the adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.6%,significantly higher than 81.0% of the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）;the total effective rate of patients with moderate cancer pain was 96.7%,significantly higher than 84.2% of patients with severe cancer pain,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）;after treatment,the QOL scores of patients in two groups were significantly higher（P 0.05）,compared with moderate cancer pain,the QOL scores of patients with severe cancer pain were increased more evident（P 0.05）;no adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Oxycodone Hydrochloride in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain has a satisfactory application effect,patients with moderate cancer pain has better analgesic effect,and patients with severe cancer pain has better improvement effect of the quality of life,it is one of the preferred drug treatment programs.
