摘要
群体性事件的发生给我国经济的发展和社会的稳定带来了巨大的挑战,同时也给处在社会矛盾处置第一线的公安机关带来了一个新的难题。这种现状推动我们不断地探寻群体性事件的自身特点,从而研究和制定相应的对策来化解矛盾,缓和冲突,从而维护社会的和谐稳定。
Mass disturbance poses a huge challenge to China’s economic development and social stability.Meanwhile it also brings about new problem to field public security organs which are engaged in handling social contradictions.This current situation drives us to continuously seek the characteristics of mass disturbance so as to study and formulate corresponding countermeasures to resolve contradictions and alleviate conflicts and safeguard social harmony and stability.
