摘要
目的:观察当归补血汤防治化疗后骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法:将66例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组33例。对照组常规化疗治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,予以当归补血汤(药物组成:黄芪30 g,当归6 g),连续服用4周。观察两组患者临床症状、生活质量、骨髓抑制程度等改善情况。结果:治疗组在临床症状改善程度、生活质量改善情况、外周血白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板提高及骨髓抑制程度减轻情况均优于对照组。结论:当归补血汤防治化疗后骨髓抑制有显著疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction in the prevention and treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy.Methods：66 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 33 cases.The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy treatment,and the treatment group was additionally given Danggui Buxue Decoction on the basis of the control group,and continuously for 4 weeks.The improvement of clinical symptoms,quality of life,bone marrow suppression degree of patients in the two groups were observed.Results：The improvement degree of clinical symptoms,the improvement of quality of life,the increase of peripheral blood leukocyte,hemoglobin,and platelet,and alleviation conditions of bone marrow suppression degree in the treatment group were all better than the control group.Conclusion：Danggui Buxue Decoction has a significant curative effect in the prevention and treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy.
