摘要
发动机燃烧室薄壁结构热声振耦合疲劳破坏与其声固耦合特性研究直接相关。本文应用有限元软件ANSYS建立了带冷却通道的燃烧室声固耦合计算模型,计算了燃烧室薄壁结构在考虑耦合和不考虑耦合两种情况下的结构振动特性,发现耦合时燃烧室薄壁结构的模态频率略微减小,但频率所对应的模态振型不变,只是在频率389.6Hz时发生强耦合。冷却通道对结构振动的影响比内部燃烧室声腔的影响大,因此在今后的研究过程中应该考虑冷却通道对结构的影响。
The research of vibro-acoustic coupling characteristics of thin-walled structure of engine combus- tion chamber is directly related to its thermal vibro-acoustic coupling fatigue failure. In this paper, the vi- bro-acoustic coupling numerical model of combustion chamber with the cooling channel was established with the finite element software ANSYS. The vibration characteristics of the thin-walled structure of combustion chamber were calculated in the case of considering and not considering the coupling element. Results show that, the modal frequencies of the thin-walled structure of combustion chamber decrease slightly considering the coupling. But the modal shapes corresponding to the frequencies remain the same, and produce strong coupling only in the frequency 389.6Hz. The influence of cooling channel on structural vibration is larger than the combustion chamber cavity, which, therefore, should be considered in the future study.
