摘要
目的探讨开放手术治疗先天性肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄的可行性和优越性。方法开放手术治疗先天性肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄38例45侧 :其中离断性肾盂成形术 (Anderson-Hynes)32侧 ,Y -V成形术 (Foley术 )9侧 ,输尿管肾下盏吻合术4侧。结果术后3个月IVP显示 ,4例肾积水好转 ,吻合口通畅 ,5例肾功能下降者中有4例改善。结论开放手术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄效果满意 ,手术的成败与术式的选择、吻合技术操作和手术的准备有关。
Objective To explore the treatment and therapeutic efficacy of the open operative intervention of uteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction. Methods 45 UPJ sides in 38 patients (from 1992 to 1999) were explored , among whom 32 sides were treated with Anderson-Hynes, 9 sides with Y-V plastic surgery (Foley plasty) and another 4 sides with ureterocalicostomy. Results Three months after the operation, hydronephrosis was relieved with patent anastomosis except 4 sides of 4 patients. Out of 5 cases with poor renal functions, 4 cases improved. Conclusion The open operative intervention was an effective method for the treatment of the UPJ obstruction whose success depends on the selection of the pyeloplasty and operative procedures.
