摘要
目的阐述近年来微乳化技术在中药制剂中的应用进展。方法归纳国内外最新的文献报道,对微乳的制备方法、在中药制剂中的应用及存在问题进行综述。结果由于热力学稳定性及可提高药物生物利用度等优势,微乳化技术已广泛渗透于各种给药途径的中药制剂。结论微乳化技术在中药制剂中具有广阔的应用前景,将中药有效成分或有效部位微乳化是中药制剂现代化的重要途径之一。
Objective To summarize the progress of microemulsion technique applications in Chinese medicine formulations.Method The latest domestic and foreign literatures of the microemulsion technique,its applications and problems in Chinese medicine formulations were reviewed.Result Because of thermodynamic stability and high bioavailability,drug microemulsifying has been widely used in various routes of administration of Chinese medicine formulations.Conclusion Active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine microemulsifying is one of the most important ways of TCM modernization.
