摘要 目的观察大蒜油体外抗流感病毒H1N1的作用。方法采用细胞病变法(CPE)和四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法(MTT),测定大蒜油对狗肾细胞(MDCK)的毒性;分预防作用组、直接作用组、抗病毒吸附组和抗生物合成组4种加药方式观察大蒜油体外抗流感病毒的作用。结果大蒜油在预防作用组、直接作用组和抗病毒吸附组抗病毒有效率(ER)均>50%,预防作用组ER值比阳性药利巴韦林对照组高22.5%(P<0.05),治疗指数(TI)均高于阳性药对照组(P<0.01)。结论大蒜油体外有一定抗流感病毒的作用,安全性较高。 Objective To investigate the anti-influenza virus(H1N1) effect of garlic oil in vitro. Methods Cytopathic effect(CPE) and methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay were used to evaluate the toxicity of garlic oil against Madin-Darby canine kidney(MDCK) cells. The anti-inflnenza virus(H1N1) effect of garlic oil in vitro was oserved in four experimental groups : precaution group, direct effect group, anti-adsorption group, and anti-biosynthesis group. Results The antivirus effective rate(ER) of garlic oil was higher(22.5%) than that of ribavirin positive control in precaution group(P〈0.05). Therapeutic index(TI) of garlic oil was higher than that of ribavirin positive control in all groups (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Garlic oil has strong antivirus effect on influenza A virus (H1N1) with high safety.
