摘要 为解决配电网规划和自动化中的负荷转供问题,结合电网拓扑结构与接线模式,对故障后的配电网重构方案和影响因素进行了分析,提出了配电网重构"N-1"安全准则分区扫描实用评估分析方式,可以对配电网进行完全和逐段两种形式的"N-1"准则校验。同时开发了相应的评估软件,当单馈线无法承担转供负荷时,可以提供多馈线分担转供负荷的方案,并且解决了故障后双电源自动转切负荷对电源馈线容量裕度影响的问题。通过评估软件的分区逐段扫描结果,能够全面、有效地评估配电网的负荷转供能力,并对故障重构的各种方案进行比较。经多个配电网的实际应用,验证了该扫描评估分析方式和软件的效果。 To implement the load transfer problem in the planning and automation of distribution network, combining with the topological structure and the connection mode of distribution network, the post-fault reconfiguration scheme of distribution network and related influencing factors are analyzed, and a practical N-1 security criterion-based method to analyze and evaluate the partitions in reconfigured distribution network is proposed, by which the piecewise and complete N-1 security examination of distribution network can be carried out, in addition corresponding evaluation software is developed. When the spare capability of single feeder is smaller than the transferred load, the proposed method can provide a scheme, in which the multi feeders can participate the load transfer. And automatic post-fault load transferring of the feeders with dual power supplies can be handled to determine the maximum feeder capability margin. Using the developed software, the load transfer ability of distribution network can be evaluated overall and effectively by the evaluation results of partition examination, and various post-fault reconfiguration schemes for distribution network can be compared. Effects of applying the developed software in various distribution networks show that the proposed analysis and evaluation method as well as the developed software are effective and feasible.
