摘要
针对河北某磁铁矿尾矿中有用矿物TiO2品位为7.18%,造成钛资源浪费的情况,采用强磁选-摇床选别的联合流程,最终可以获得产率为23.07%、品位为27.31%、回收率为87.75%的较高品位钛精矿,以及产率为76.93%、品位为1.14%、回收率为12.25%的合格尾矿。
It is determined through analysing the feature of tailings of Hebei iron stone,which contains TiO2 7.18%, adopting"high intensity magnetic separation-shaking table concentration. The results show that the concentrate with a TiO2 grade of 27.31%, recovery 87.75% and productivity 23.07% and the tailing with a TiO2 grade of 1.14% ,recoveryl2.25% and productivity 76.93%.
