摘要
首先利用聚类分析法,划分了1980---2010年中国乡村公路的发展进行阶段,并总结出各个阶段的特征;其次,选取1980、1990、2000和2010年4个时间节点,分析各省(直辖市、自治区)的乡村公路网络密度及差异;最后利用回归分析法和主成分分析法,分析乡村公路发展的影响因素。研究结果表明:乡村公路发展可划分为缓慢发展、快速发展、质与量并重发展3个阶段;乡村公路网络密度大体呈现出东高西低的阶梯状格局,59%以上的国土面积的乡村公路网络密度长期低于全国的平均水平;到2010年,可把各省(直辖市、自治区)的乡村公路发展水平划分为领先、中游偏上、中游、中游偏下、较落后5类;客货运的发展、农村的生产投资、农民收入水平的提高等对乡村公路的发展影响较大,国家支农政策对促进乡村公路发展也具有重要作用。
Using method of cluster analysis, the paper first uses the clustering analysis method to divide stages of rural road development in China from 1980 to 2010, sums up the characteristics of each stage; secondly, the paper selecting 1980,1990,2000,2010 as time nodes, analyses the rural road network density and difference of Chinese province (municipality and autonomous region); finally, using the method of regression analysis and principal component analysis, discusses the impact factors of rural road development in China. The conclusions are drawn as follows. Rural road development in China could be divided into slow development stage, rapid development stage, attach equal importance to quality and quantity development stage; rural road network density in China generally presents a terrace pattern of high in East and low in West, and more than 59% of the land area of the rural road network density belows the national average in the long term; the development of rural road of each province(municipality and autonomous region ) could be divided into 5 categories as lead, middle reaches the partial, middle, lower middle, lag in 2010;Passenger and freight transport development, production and investment in rural area, the rise of farmer' s income level and so on influence the development of rural road greatly, and the national policy supporting to promote the rural area also plays an important role.
