摘要
目的 :探讨旅游区院前急救模式。方法 :对266例院前急救病例进行分类处理。结果 :占前三位疾病是外伤、中毒、心脑血管疾病 ,除8例死亡外 ,全部转送院内诊治。结论 :院前急救是急诊医学的关键环节 。
Objective:To explore the first aid of the patients before sending hospital in tourist area.Method:266 cases of patients with first-aided before sending hospital were treated respectively.Results:The most of patients were the patients with injured,toxic,cardiac and cerebovascular diseses. 8 cases of them died. The others were transferred the wards.Conclusions:The first aid of out-hospital patients is a key of emergency ,medicine,It affects the successful rate of aid.
