特发性正常压力脑积水术前评估及手术策略 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨老年人特发性正常压力脑积水早期手术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析46例老年人特发性正常压力脑积水患者的病史、CT和/或MRI检查及腰椎穿刺放液试验等临床资料及脑室腹腔分流手术的效果。结果 46例患者术后均得到5～18个月随访,其中显效28例,有效11例,无效7例。智能障碍者的有效率为71%,步态不稳者的有效率为82%,尿失禁患者的有效率为67%。影像学检查42例脑室系统均有不同程度缩小。结论腰椎穿刺放液试验可作为筛选特发性正常压力脑积水及预测手术疗效的方法之一,而脑室腹腔分流术是目前治疗老年人特发性正常压力脑积水的最有效方法。
