摘要 目的 了解不同职业和性别人群的睡眠状况 ,以便对有睡眠障碍者进行有针对性的治疗与保健。方法 采用正常人睡眠自评量表 ( SRSS)对全国 1 0个地区中学生、大学生、职工、军人进行抽样测试。结果 大学生在因子 3、4、5、7、8、1 0均为首位 ,显著高于其它群体 ;在服安眠药因子上 ,职工高于其它群体 ;中学生不同性别比较 ,因子 3、4、5,男生高于女生 ;因子 8,女生高于男生 ,其它无差异 ;大学生不同性别比较 ,因子 2、3、4、5,男生高于女生 ,其它无差异 ;男女职工比较 ,因子 3,男性高于女性 ;因子 8、1 0 ,男性低于女性 ,其它无差异 ;军人除因子 6外 ,均低于学生和职工。结论 大中学生睡眠问题最多 ,是咨询、保健的重点。 Objective The sleep state of men and women with different occupations were investigated to carry through the purposed remedies and prevention for person with sleep trouble.Methods Self-Rating sleep state scale(SRSS)was used for the sampling test on middle school students,college students ,workers and soldiers in ten regions of China.Results The factor 3、4、5、7、8、10 of college students are lined in the first place and markedly higher than the other groups,The middle school students ,workers and soleiers lie in the next place in order ,The workers are higher than the others on the factor of taking hypnotic.Comparing the middle school students with different sexes ,the men are higher than the women on the factor 3、4、5,the women higher than the men on the factor 8,without difference between the men and the wemen on the other factors.The men are higher than the women on the factor 2、3、4、5without difference on other factors on comparison of college students in different sexes.Comparing male workers with female workers the men are higher than the women on the factor 3;the men are lower than the women on the factor 8、10.The soldiers are lower than the students and the workers on all factors but factor 6.Conclusions The most troubles of sleeping exit in the college students ,next in the middle school students,which groups need mor consultation on health care.
