摘要
1978年,中国经济改革和转型启动,财政领域也随之发生变化。我国公共财政发展的实践,推动了公共财政学的兴起和发展。如今,学术界对于公共财政的探讨和研究方兴未艾。在梳理我国公共财政实践发展历程的基础上,论述了我国公共财政学的兴起、发展情况,并阐明了对未来学科建设和研究方向的观点。
Economic reform and transform in China started from 1978. Changes in the field of public finance occurred accordingly. The practice of public finance in China has activated the rise and development of study on public finance. Now, probing into public finance in academic circles is just unfolding. Based on carding the course of public finance practice in China, this article discussed the rise and development of study on public fi- nance in China, and illustrated the direction of subject construction and study on public finance.
