摘要
文章对国华公司几家直接空冷机组电厂大型给水泵电动机的运行情况以及发生多台端部烧损情况做了简要介绍,结合后期开展的给水泵电动机端部绕组加固治理工作,总结出加固治理要点,经治理后的电动机运行检验,治理措施是有效的,值得应用借鉴;提出的预控措施能够有效指导今后大型电动机的选型、运行和维护工作。
This paper introduces the operation situation of large pump motors and the details about burning conditions due to loosing and wearing on stator end-windings at the directly air cooling units in power plants of Shenhua Guohua Company Ltd. Therefore,the reinforcement measures for the motor stator end-windings during overhaul were taken. The repair experience is quite availability by operation practice subsequently. This paper also refers relatively measures for preventing failure, including equipment selection, operation, monitoring and repair etc.
