摘要
模拟砍收后甘蔗存放中的免日晒放置、阴雨天等环境条件 ,研究不同存放时间的甘蔗所榨取的糖汁品质的变化规律 ,证明随着放置时间的延长 (3~ 19天 ) ,采取措施保持水分的甘蔗与免日晒放置甘蔗比较 ,其糖汁纯度和 pH值下降较少 ,纯度下降可减少 2 8.6 % ,还原糖含量增加平均可减少一半 .
The quality of sugarcane juice, which was extracted from the past_harvest sugar cane preserved in such simulation condition as sheltered, overcast and rainy was investigated in different storing time. It was shown that with the increasing of storing time(3~19days), the purity and pH of the sugar juice from the cane with moisture preserved method are less decreased. Compared with the quality of the juice from the cane with sheltered preservation method, the reduce of purity of juice mentioned above was decreased by 28.6% and the increment of reduced sugar for that was decreased by 50%.
