自体骨髓干细胞肝内移植治疗失代偿期肝硬化疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察自体骨髓干细胞肝内移植治疗失代偿期肝硬化的疗效。方法:选择失代偿期肝硬化101例,随机分为观察组51例和对照组50例。两组均给予内科综合治疗,观察组在此基础上采用介入手术经肝固有动脉注入自体骨髓干细胞。疗程均为8周,比较两组治疗前后临床症状及体征改善情况,血氨、血胆碱酯酶水平、右肝斜径变化,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组食欲改善率、腹胀减轻率、体力增强率及腹水明显减少率均显著或非常显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组血氨水平均较治疗前非常显著降低(P<0.01),血胆碱酯酶水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血氨水平与对照组治疗后差异不显著(P>0.05),血胆碱酯酶水平显著高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。两组治疗后右肝斜径均较治疗前差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗失代偿期肝硬化,可显著改善患者生活质量及肝功能。
