摘要
随着稀土材料价格上涨、永磁电机成本增加,合理的设计Halbach磁体结构,可充分挖掘Halbach永磁电机磁钢的潜力。分析了每极三块的Halbach磁体磁化规律,建立了Halbach型永磁电机气隙磁通密度的解析模型,该解析法计算的气隙磁场与有限元方法计算结果吻合,验证了解析模型的正确性;研究了充磁角度对气隙磁通密度的影响,结合充磁角度传统计算公式,给出了极间有间隔的Halbach磁体充磁角度的计算公式;通过解析模型分析极弧系数和极对数对Halbach永磁电机气隙磁通密度切向分量的基波幅值和波形正弦性畸变率的影响,给出不同极弧系数、充磁方式和极对数时Halbach永磁电机气隙磁场的变化规律。
In order to improve the utilization of permanent magnet ( PM), this paper presented an analytical calculation method used magnetizing angle and pole-arc coefficient of discontinuity between poles Halbach magnet array as analytical parameters, then obtained the analytical model of air-gap flux density for the ob- ject of 3 per pole Halbach PM motor. The waveforms ment with the results of finite-element simulations to with the traditional formula, the magnetizing angle of obtained by analytical method showed excellent agree- verify the validity of the analytical model. Combined discontinuity between poles Halhach magnet array was presented according to analyzing the distribution of air-gap flux density. Based on this model, the variation of tangential component fundamental amplitude of air-gap flux density and sine distortion rate were expounded for different pole-arc coefficient and number of pole pairs.
