摘要
帕金森病是一种常见的中老年神经系统变性疾病,主要表现为静止性震颤、肌肉强直、运动迟缓等,中医属"振掉"、"颤证"、"痉证"、"肝风"等范畴。目前西医应用的治疗手段无论药物或手术只能改善症状,不能阻止病情的发展,且具有很大的毒副作用。而中医治疗可延缓病情进展,减少西药用量,且毒副作用小。中医作为一种安全有效的治疗方法在该领域大有作为,本文就帕金森病的中医治疗状况及进展予以介绍。
Parkinson＇ s disease is one of the neurological system degeneration, whose major clinical manifestation including static tremor, muscle rigidity, and bradykinesia. The TCM classical works describe it as shaking syndrome, convulsion, liver wind, and so on. TCM can help to delay the progression of disease, reduce medicine dosage and side- effects, and it was widely used in clinc. This paper reviewed the present treatment situation for Pakinson＇ s disease of TCM.
