亚低温治疗弥漫性轴索损伤的疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨亚低温治疗弥漫性轴索损伤的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月~2012年12月太平人民医院收治的弥漫性轴索损伤患者46例,将这些病例分成两组,即观察组23例,对照组23例,对照组仅进行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的同时进行亚低温治疗,比较两组治疗有效率情况。结果观察组治愈13例,显效6例,有效3例,无效1例,治疗有效率为95.65%;对照组治愈4例,显效12例,有效2例,无效5例,治疗有效率为78.26%。两组患者在治疗有效率上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弥漫性轴索损伤使用亚低温治疗具有确切的临床疗效,显著优于常规治疗方法,值得临床进行推广使用。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hypothermia in the treatment of diffuse axonal injury. Methods 46 cases with diffuse axonal injury in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(23 cases),the control group(23cases),the control group was only treated by conventional treatment,the observation group was not only given conventional treatment,but also treated by hypothermia.Compared the efficacy rate of the two groups. Results In the observation group,13 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly,3 cases were effecti've,1 case was invalid, the treatment efficiency was 95.65% in the control group,4cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly,2 cases were effective, 5 cases were invalid, the treatment efficiency was 78.26%. There were significant differences of the two groups in treatment efficiency,it had statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It's efficacy of hypothermia in the treatment of diffuse axonal injury, it' s significant better than the conventional treatment,it is worthy for clinical promotion.
