摘要
为探讨非医科大学生干预对农村居民健康素养水平的影响,随机抽取农村居民198户,由接受过培训的非医大学生采取知识讲座、面对面宣传、播放宣传广播、发放宣传资料等手段实施为期1年的健康素养知识干预。干预前后每户抽取1名村民分别进行健康素养知识问卷调查。结果显示,干预后农村居民总体健康素养具备率以及科学健康观、传染病知识预防、慢性病预防、安全与急救知识和基本医疗知识等几类健康问题平均知晓率均有所提高。这说明经过培训的非医大学生能有效提高农村居民健康素养水平,可建立长效机制予以推广。
To study the influence of health education for rural residents’health literacy by non-medical students.A total number of 200 rural households was surveyed by random sampling with questionnaires prior and after interventions in a year-long plan.The thoroughbred non-medical students have participated in the scheme and selected one villager as a representative of one household to be investigated.The results showed that： The total qualified rate of health literacy increased.Knowledge rate of health literacy was prior to the intervention and after the intervention with meaningful statistical differences,includes the following several points： the view of science and health,knowledge of infectious diseases prevention,safety and first aid knowledge and basic medical knowledge.A conclusion was drew that the level of health literacy has improved and certain effects have achieved in rural residents after the intervention and establishing a long effecting mechanism would be effective.
