摘要
目的观察疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 142例确诊的急性脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各71例,2组患者均酌情给予降血压、降血糖、保护脑细胞、降颅压等综合治疗;在此基础上对照组给予疏血通注射液6 mL加入50 g.L-1葡萄糖250 mL中,每日1次静脉滴注;观察组在对照组的基础上给予奥扎格雷钠80 mg加入250 mL生理盐水中,每日1次静脉滴注;均治疗14 d。结果治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2组神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组神经功能缺失评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the Shuxuetong injection combined with sodium ozagrel for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and forty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,seventy-one patients in each group.All patients were given degrade blood pressure and blood pressure,protecting brain cells and reducing intracranial pressure etc combined therapy.Base on these,the patients in control group were administered Shuxuetong injection 6 mL dissolved in 250 mL glucose solution（50 g·L-1） once per day by intravenously guttae;the patients in observation group were administered sodium ozagrel 80 mg dissolved in 250 mL normal saline once per day by intravenously guttae.All patients were treated for fourteen days.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the neurologic impairment scores were lower after treatment in both groups（P0.05）.The neurologic impairment scores of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with sodium ozagrel have certain curative effect for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
