摘要
该综述对逆胶束系统脂肪酶的催化作了较详细的叙述。总结了水含量、水活度、p H值、表面活性剂、温度、有机溶剂。
WT5”BZ]The catalysis of lipase in reversed micelles systems was showed in this review.Many factors influence on the activity of lipase in reversed micelles systems was studied,including water content,water activity,the value of pH,surfactant,temperature,the organic solvent,pressure and so on.
