摘要
目的 :比较常州华生制药厂与默沙东公司生产的辛伐他汀对高胆血症的调节作用。方法 :按 1:1随机单盲分入辛伐他汀组 (验证组 )和舒降之组 (对照组 ) ,各 2 1例 ,进入观察的病人给予辛伐他汀 10mg 片 ,每日 1次 ,或舒降之10mg 2片 ,每日 1次 ,晚间顿服 ,疗程 12周。结果 :两组病人服药 4周、12周后对TC、TG均有不同程度下降 ,两组疗效无显著性差异。结论
Objective:To assess the efficacy of Simvastatin producted by Changzhou Huashen Parmaceutical Ltd.and by Merck shap & Dohme(MSD)Parmacentical Co.Ltd.Methods:In a randomized single blind study 42 patients with hypercholesterolemia were assigned to one of the two treatment groups.(1)Simvastatin group(verification group, n =21).With the dose of 10mg/d at night for 12 weeds.(2)Zocor group (the control group, n =21),with the dose of 10mg/d too.Results:Affer 4 weeks and 12 weeks of the treatment.The plasma levels of TC and TG were in a way decreased in both groups.The difference in efficacy didn't reach siguificant level.Conclusion:The efficacy of the two sorts of simvastatin is good and the side effects are mild.
