独立学院多元化人才培养对新疆高等护理教育发展的启示

Inspiration of higher nursing personnel training in independent colleges for development of higher nursing education in Xinjiang areas

摘要 [目的]探讨新疆高等护理人才培养的新思路。[方法]通过对44名新疆某大学护理学院护理二本学生和57名独立学院护理三本学生内科护理学、外科护理学、妇产科护理学、儿科护理学、急危重症护理学、五官科护理学、精神神经皮肤传染护理学、护理管理学8门临床护理课程期末考试成绩进行分析,并比较两个班学生家庭背景、来源地域、经济状况、汉语熟练程度、学习自主性。[结果]三本班学生内科护理学、外科护理学、妇产科护理学、儿科护理学、精神神经皮肤传染护理学、护理管理学考试成绩高于二本班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三本班学生内科护理学、外科护理学、精神神经皮肤传染护理学考试成绩及格率高于二本班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]独立学院三本班学生成绩优于二本班学生;积极打造和谐向上的社会大环境,扩大内地学生的招生、招工比例,注重新疆内、新疆外重点知识的交融,提升新疆护理教育知名度,创造良好的学习氛围和生活环境,以促进新疆高等护理教育事业的发展。 Objective. To probe into new ideas of higher nursing personnel training in Xinjiang. Methods.To analyze the final examination of eight clinical nursing courses of 44 nursing second - class undergraduates in nursing college in a University of Xinjiang and 57 nursing third- class undergraduates in independent colleges were analyzed, including medical nursing, surgical nursing, obstetrics and gynecology nursing, pediatric nursing, nursing intensive, facial Division of nursing, neuropsychiatric skin infection nursing and nursing management, and to compare the family background, sources of geographical, economic conditions, chinese proficiency and learning autonomy of students between two classes, and compare two classes of students family background, sources of geographical, economic conditions, Chinese proficiency, learning autonomy. Results. The school test scores of student medical nursing, surgical nursing, obstetrics and gynecology nursing, pediatric nursing, neuropsychiatric skin infec- tion nursing,nursing management in third - class undergraduates were higher than that of second - class undergraduates, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) ;The passed the examination rate of third -class undergrad- uates in medical nursing, surgical nursing, neuropsychiatric skin infection nursing was higher than that of second - class undergraduates (P〈0.05). Conclusion. The performance of nursing third- class undergraduates in independent colleges was that of second- class undergraduates, actively create a harmonious and progressive social environment, expanding the enrollment and recruitment ratio of students from the Mainland, focusing on a blend of key knowledge in Xinjiang and outside Xinjiang, enhance visibility of nursing education of Xinjiang,to create a good atmosphere for learning and living environment,in order to promote the development of higher nursing education undertakings in Xinjiang.
