摘要
高职教育的内涵发展要求,必须认真探讨我国高职院校内部权力结构的现状与问题,研究高职院校权力结构失衡的原因,明确高职院校行政权力与学术权力失衡问题解决的着力点,为构建符合高职教育特色的高职院校行政和学术权力和谐运行机制奠定基础。
To meet with the requests of connotative development of higher vocational education, it is necessary to carefully explore the status quo and problems of the internal power structure of higher vocational colleges in China, and to probe into reasons for its imbalance and to clarify the focus of its solution so as to lay a solid foundation for the establishment of a har- monious power operating mechanism between administrative power and academic power in higher vocational colleges.
