视网膜母细胞瘤的诊断与治疗 被引量：8

摘要 视网膜母细胞瘤是婴幼儿最常见眼内恶性肿瘤，严重危害患儿视力、眼球及生命。现代治疗主要采取全身系统化疗结合局部治疗，在挽救患儿生命的同时尽可能保留眼球及有效视力。早期诊断、早期治疗可使视网膜母细胞瘤的生存率达到90％以上。自体外周血造血干细胞移植支持下的大剂量化疗、动脉介入化疗、眼球摘除、眶内容物剜除及外放疗可改善部分晚期患儿的预后。
