Clinical value of PET/CT in diagnosis of peritoneal diseases

摘要 腹膜病变是临床常见病,病因多种多样,感染性及恶性病变均可累及腹膜。PET/CT作为一种高端的检查手段,不仅能从形态学角度观察腹膜病变的特点,而且能从微观角度观察腹膜病变的代谢特点,因此对腹膜病变的早期发现、良恶性鉴别诊断、疗效观察、不明原因的腹膜转移癌原发病灶查找等均有重要价值,笔者对PET/CT在腹膜病变诊断中的临床价值进行综述。 Peritoneal diseases are common in clinical practice with a variety of causes, such as infective and malignant diseases. As a high-tech imaging technique, PET/CT examination can microcosmicaUy observe the metabolic characteristics of the peritoneal lesions in addition to the morphological characterization. So it has great significance in early detection, differential diagnosis, and therapeutic efficacy observation of peritoneal diseases, as well as identification of the primary site of peritoneal metastasis. This paper presents the clinical value of PET/CT in the diagnosis of peritoneal diseases.
