摘要
目的:研究神经肽Y(NPY)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)两种神经肽在脑外伤合并股骨骨折大鼠模型骨痂中表达。方法:雄性SD大鼠60只随机分为2组,脑外伤合并股骨骨折组30只,单纯股骨骨折组30只。造模成功后分别于第7天、第14天、第21天、28天、第35天分批处死,取股骨骨折处组织行HE及免疫组织化学染色,观察股骨骨折的愈合情况及NPY、VIP在大鼠股骨骨折部位的表达。结果:脑外伤合并骨折组骨折愈合较单纯股骨骨折组快,免疫组织化学染色结果显示骨折愈合过程中骨痂骨膜内、外层骨祖细胞、软骨细胞、成骨细胞内NPY、VIP阳性表达,与单纯骨折组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑外伤合并骨折组大鼠骨痂中NPY、VIP有显著性改变,推测神经肽参与调节骨折愈合过程。
Objective :To rerearch Neurpeptide and Vasoactive intestinal peptide in brain trauma with femoral fracture callus expression in a rat modle. Methods:60 male SD rats were randormly divided into 2 groups,brain trauma with femoral fracture group 30,group 30 only isolated femur fracture. In after the success of modeling respectively in seventh days, fourteenth days, twenty-first days, twenty- eighth days,thirty-fifth daysof sacrifice. Femur fracture tissues were stained by HE and immunohistochemistry. Expression of femoral fracture healing and NPY, VIP site in rat femoral fracture. Results:Traumatic brain injuryfracture group compared with simple fracture of femur farcture healing group. The results of immunohistochemical staining showed fracture healing within the outer periosteum, bone progenitor cells, chondrocytes, osteoblasts in NPY, the positive expression of VIP and simple fracture group, the difference has statistical significance (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Brain injury combined with fracture callus in rats PNY, VIP have significant change. That neuropeptiides are involve in the regulation of the process of fracture healing.
