摘要
针对智能变电站中二次屏柜温湿度采样控制的需求,在相应智能电子设备(IED)的开发中,结合相应的温湿度传感器,使用I2C接口的A/D采样芯片LTC2305对传感器传送的直流模拟信号进行信号采集,并采用一定的滤波算法,通过软硬件相结合的方法使其采样精度控制在0.5%以内。另外,针对温湿度等状态模拟量进入智能变电站过程层网络传送的要求,结合相应标准,详细分析了GOOSE报文中浮点数的编码方法及其发送机制,同时,提出了一种通过设置变化量门槛的方法,来减轻状态模拟量通过GOOSE上送网络时对网络通信性能造成的影响。
Aiming at the requirement of sampling control for the temperature and humidity of secondary screen cabinet in smart substation.An A/D sampling solution using LTC2305 with IIC compatible interface is used in the thesis.First,the DC analog signal converted from the temperature and humidity sensor was sampling by the LTC2305.Second,a software filtering algo- rithm is used for sampling signals.Through the combination of hardware circuit and software algorithm,the sampling preci- sion can be controlled within 0.5%.1n addition,aiming at the transmission requirement for analog signals of some status in the process-level network of smart substation,combined with some standard,the detail of encoding method for the float number in GOOSE and GOOSE's transmission mechanism are carefully analyzed in the thesis.At the same time,in order to reduce the impact of network communication performance when transmitting analog signals by GOOSE,a method which setting variable quantity threshold is presented in this paper.
