摘要
[目的]探明种子催芽处理对晚播小麦生长的影响,以期为晚播小麦生产提供理论依据与技术途径。[方法]选用安农0305,设置2个晚播时期,并设浸种催芽播种处理与干籽播种处理,研究不同处理小麦苗期特性、生育后期旗叶叶绿素含量与产量及构成因素。[结果]催芽处理小麦单株叶片数、叶片干重、根数和根干重均显著高于对照,2个播期处理趋势一致。在小麦籽粒不同灌浆阶段,种子催芽处理小麦旗叶叶绿素含量显著高于对照。种子催芽处理小麦籽粒产量显著高于对照,其中S1(播期为11月27日)处理较对照增产34.9%,S2(播期为12月11日)处理较对照增产32%。[结论]种子催芽处理有利于促进小麦苗期叶片、根系生长,提高旗叶光合生产能力和延长旗叶功能期,进而有利于小麦产量的提高。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to investigate the effects of accelerating germination on seedling characteristics and grain yield of late wheat, and to provide a theoretical basis and technical approach for late wheat production. [ Method] Cultivar Annong 0305 was used to inves- tigate the effect of sowing date and accelerating germination on seedling characteristics, chlorophyll content and grain yield of late wheat. [ Re- sult ] Tile results showed that the leaf number, leaf dry weight, root number and root dry weight of the accelerating germination treatment were significantly higher than those of control, two sowing date treatments had the same trend. The flag leaf chlorophyll contents of accelerating ger- mination treatment were significantly higher than that of control in grain filling stage. The grain yield and yield component of accelerating ger- mination treatment were significantly higher than that of control, S1 and $2 treatment' s yield were increased by 34.9% and 32% , respective- ly. [ Conclusion] Seed accelerating germination was conducive to promote the leaf and root growth, increase flag leaf photosynthetic capacity and extend the flag leaf functional stage, and then promote the wheat grain filling and increase the grain yield.
