双侧椎动脉夹层二例
摘要
报告2例双侧椎动脉夹层的临床表现及数字减影血管造影特点，提示颈部过伸等姿势可诱发椎动脉夹层，单侧椎动脉夹层可因健侧椎动脉代偿临床症状不明显。
