摘要
针对电力工程直流电源系统保护电器存在越级跳闸现象,对直流系统短路电流估算法及保护电器级差配合试验方法进行了研究。分析了当前电力直流电源保护电器选择性及试验方法,对比额定电流校核法、保护电器特性仿真法,提出了基于短路电流预估算法的保护电器选择性校验试验法。依据该算法,研制了直流电源保护电器级差配合测试装置。介绍了装置硬件工作原理及上位管理机功能。通过现场试验证明,此方法可有效避免直接短路法产生的冲击电流对蓄电池组寿命的影响。
This paper researched the estimated method of short-current and testing method of protective devices, stage difference coordinatiotl to explain the skip-jump phenomenon of protective devices. The choicing identify and testing method of DC power protective devices were analyzed. Comparing the method of verify rating- current,emulation the identify of protective devices, brought forward a testing method which based on estimated arithmetic for short-current. Base the arithmetic developed an testing device for stage difference coordination, introduced the hardware theory and computer ruction, proved the testing method is correctly. This method can avoid influence batteries life effectly form the shock current of direct short circuit method.
