基于CFD的液化气罐区泄漏爆炸事故后果模拟 被引量:30

摘要 针对近几年石化企业液化气事故的剧增和液化气球罐区的危险性,运用FLACS软件对某企业液化气球罐区的液化气泄漏扩散、爆炸事故后果进行数值模拟分析,从点火源位置、气团大小和阻塞度方面分析爆炸冲击波及火焰传播情况。结果表明,该软件能够分析液化气在发生泄漏、爆炸事故后空间各个部位超压的变化趋势和规律,弥补了传统方法在预测近场超压方面的不足,能够从不同的角度和层面分析泄漏爆炸的影响因素,并对爆炸冲击波进行三维动态展示,为企业事故预防、风险评价、事故调查和应急救援提供技术支持。 According to the sharp increase of petrochemical LPG accidents from and the risk characteristics of LPG tank farms, FLACS software was used for consequence simulation analysis of LPG tank leakage and explosion. Ac- cording to analysis of the blast and flame propagation from the ignition source location, the size of air mass and ob- struction degree. The results indicated that the FLACS software allowed for the developing trend and law of over- pressure at each location of the space after explosion, offset the traditional methods in the prediction of near-field o- verpressure, realized the display of 3-dimension explosive blast in real time, and provided technical support for en- terprises to accident prevention, risk assessment, accident investigation and emergency rescue.
