摘要
研究了南方高温高湿贮藏条件下稻谷霉菌的生长趋势。结果表明,稻谷在高温(30、35、40℃)贮藏条件下,其霉菌数量随着湿度的上升而增加,其中在95%湿度条件下增加速度最快,在75%湿度条件下增长速度最慢;稻谷在高湿(75%、85%、95%)贮藏条件下,其霉菌数量随着温度的升高而增加,其中在40℃条件下增加速度最快,在30℃条件下增加速度最慢。这说明高温高湿贮藏条件促进了稻谷霉菌的生长,加快了稻谷的霉变速度。
It was researched that the growth trend of mould in paddy under Southern China climates which the temperature and humidity were high. The results showed that the number of mould in paddy increased with the rising of humidity under the storage conditions of high temperature (30℃, 35℃ and 40℃) , among which most fastest increasing was under 95% humidity, and most slowest increasing was under 75% humidity. Meanwhile, the number of mould in paddy increased with the rising of temperature under the storage conditions of high humidity (75%, 85% and 95%), among which, most fastest increasing was under 40℃, and most slowest increasing was under 30℃. The results indicated that the storage conditions with high temperature and humidity accelerate the growth of mould in paddy and the mildewing rate of paddy.
