摘要
目的了解注射用盐酸氨溴索的配伍禁忌,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集整理国内公开发表的注射用盐酸氨溴索相关文献,并进行归纳分析。结果注射用盐酸氨溴索与多种药物配伍后,会出现溶液浑浊、沉淀等现象。溶液的pH值是一个主要影响因素。结论注射用盐酸氨溴索与多种药物存在配伍禁忌,应避免联合使用。
Objective To investigate the incompatibility of ambroxol hydrochloride for injection. Methods The domestic related acticles of ambroxol hydrochloride for injection in recent years were collected, analyzed and sum marized. Results Ambroxol hydrochloride for injection was incompatible with many drugs. Adding other drugs into ambroxol hydrochloride for injection could result in the change of the external appearance of solution. The pH value was an important factor. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride for injection is incompatible with many drugs.
