摘要
农村社会保障体系建设是新农村建设的重要内容,是实现"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的重要途径。近年来,学术界围绕农村社会保障体系和制度建设研究涌现出了一批成果。这些研究成果归纳起来主要体现在以下几个方面:农村社会保障研究取得总体成果;完善我国农村社会保障体系的对策研究。在总结以上几方面研究成果的基础上提出今后进一步研究的发展方向,以期对我国农村社会保障的完善发展提供一定的理论借鉴。
The rural social security system is an important part in the new rural construction, and also an important way to achieving the development of production, affluent life, civilization, clean and tidy vil- lage, and democratic management. In recent years, a number of research achievements have been scored in the academic circles centering around the rural social security system and institution building. These find- ings include overall research results in rural social security and solutions to perfecting rural social security system. On the basis of the above research, suggestions are put forward for further research in order to improve Chings rural social security.
