维甲酸对贮脂细胞增殖和细胞内核酸含量的影响 被引量：2

摘要 为探讨维甲酸 (Retinoicacid ,RA)对贮脂细胞的增殖和DNA、RNA含量影响 ,筛选抗肝纤维化有效药物。用原代培养的大鼠贮脂细胞 ,采用3H -TdR掺入实验 ,图象分析技术检测贮脂细胞增殖活性和DNA、RNA含量。结果维甲酸在 10 〔5～ 10 -4 mol/L可抑制贮脂细胞3H -TdR掺入 ;在 10 -4 mol/L可降低原代培养贮脂细胞的DNA、RNA含量 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。表明维甲酸可抑制贮脂细胞3H -TdR掺入及降低原代培养贮脂细胞的DNA、RNA含量。RA可望成为有效的抗纤维化药物。
