摘要
采用 APAAP法和双抗体夹心 ELISA技术检测 150例白癜风患者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群及可溶性白介素- 2受体 (sIL- 2R)水平。结果显示: (1)寻常型白癜风外周血 CD3+、 CD4+细胞数、 CD4+ /CD8+比值明显低于正常对照 (P< 0.01), sIL- 2R活性显著性高于节段型白癜风和正常人 (P< 0.01);节段型白癜风 CD4+、 CD4+ /CD8+与正常对照组比较也显著减少 (P< 0.01)。 (2)白癜风进展期与稳定期比较, CD3+、 CD4+、 CD8+显著减少 (P< 0.05~ 0.01), sIL- 2R活性明显增高 (P< 0.01)。 (3)治疗后, sIL- 2R水平较治疗前明显下降 (P< 0.01)。提示寻常型和节段型白癜风均有细胞免疫功能紊乱,血清中 sIL- 2R水平与白癜风的活动性有一定关系。
T- lymphocyte sub- populations and soluble interleukin- 2 receptor(sIL- 2R) in the peripheral blood of 150 patients with vitiligo were measured by APAAP and ELISA. The results showed that the number of CD3+ ,CD4+ cells and CD4+ /CD8+ ratio of the patients with vitiligo vulgaris were significantly decreased, compared with those in healthy controls(P< 0.01). The level of sIL- 2R in the patients with vitiligo vulgaris was higher significantly than in the patients with segmental vitiligo and healthy controls(P< 0.01),CD4+ cells and CD4+ /CD8+ ratio of the patients with segmental vitiligo were significantly lower than those of the control(P< 0.01). At progressive stage of the disease, the number of CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD8+ cells was significantly lower and the level of sIL- 2R was significantly higher than those at the steady stage of the disease. The level of sIL- 2R was markedly decreased after treatment. The results of the study indicate that dysfunction of cellular immunity may exist in both types of vitiligo.
