摘要
溃疡性结肠炎由于病因及发病机制尚未完全明确,目前治疗上缺乏特效药物,无论中医还是西医都在努力探索并尝试可能有效的治疗方法及药物,中西医结合治疗在提高疗效、缩短病程、减少复发等方面,具有广阔的发展前景,现将近五年来中医、西医及中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究总结如下,为临床提供参考。
Because of the etiology and pathogenesis are not fully understood, the treatmen! of ulcerative colitis is lack of effective drugs at present. Either Chinese or Western medicine is exploring and trying the effective treatments and drugs. Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment has broad prospects for development in improving the efficacy, shortening the course of disease, reducing recurrence and other aspects. Traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine and integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis are summarized as follows, to provide reference for clinical use in recent 5 years.
