摘要
全球气候合作自开始以来一直被斗争思维、博弈思维所主导,利益之争、话语之争先于气候合作,成为思维定势和策略。"和"思维取代"争"思维是全球气候合作顺利进行的必须。在"和"思维的主导下,全球气候合作的伦理基础必须更加强调"共同责任"而非"区别责任"。"有区别的共同责任"将取代"共同但有区别的责任"成为全球气候合作更具说服力的重要原则。
As most important approach and pattern of global climate governance and cooperation, global climate negotiations have always been dominated by struggle thinking and gaming theory. The contestation of benefit and struggle of discourse has become empirical thinking patterns before climate cooperation, thus the ＂harmony＂ thinking should replace ＂struggle＂ thinking, which is necessary towards successful cooperation. Predominated by ＂harmony＂ thinking, global climate cooperation should emphasize ＂Shared responsibility＂ rather than ＂the differentiated responsibility＂ on the ethical basis. Therefore, ＂differentiated and common re sponsibilities＂ will replace ＂common but differentiated responsibilities＂ and become the more persuasive princi ples of global climate cooperation.
