摘要
较为全面地介绍近10年我国在外生菌根真菌方面的研究现状,从菌根多样性调查、分类鉴定、菌种纯培养、菌根生态效应、食用菌开发等多方面的研究进展进行阐述;同时分析我国菌根研究与应用等方面存在的主要问题,并展望今后的研究重点。
Studies on the ectomycorrhiza in the past lO years in China are reviewed in this paper, emphasis on investigations, identification and taxonomy, pure culture, physiological and ecological functions of ectomycorrhizal fungi, as well as application of edible ectomycorrhizal fungi in order to strengthen the utilization of them. The main problems of research and utilization of ectomycorrhiza were analyzed, and the research priorities in future were prospected.
