Cry1Ac毒蛋白对亚洲玉米螟生长发育和种群增长的影响 被引量:3

Effect of artificial diet containing Cry1Ac toxin on growth,development and population increase of Ostrinia furnacalis (Güene)(Lepidoptera:Crambidae)

摘要 以含不同浓度的Cry1Ac毒蛋白的人工饲料(不加毒蛋白为对照)饲喂亚洲玉米螟幼虫,采用实验种群生命表的方法,测定了Cry1Ac毒蛋白对亚洲玉米螟的控害作用。结果显示,含2 000.0ng/g Cry1Ac毒蛋白的人工饲料处理该虫第5天的幼虫存活率为0;200.0、20.0 ng/g CrylAc毒蛋白处理第10、15天的幼虫存活率、化蛹率、成蛾率、净增长率和种群增长指数均显著低于对照,且高浓度处理显著低于低浓度处理;200.0 ng/g CrylAc毒蛋白处理的世代平均周期和种群加倍时间显著长于其它处理;而200.0 ng/g CrylAc毒蛋白处理的周限增长率显著小于2.0、0.2 ng/g处理。表明微量的Cry1Ac毒蛋白对亚洲玉米螟的种群增长有显著影响,且随着浓度的增加控制作用增强。 To further evaluate the effect of Cryl Ac cotton on Ostrinia furnacalis ( Gtien6e), one of the most destructive pests in the cotton and corn fields, an experiment was conducted that O. furnacalis were fed with artificial diets containing different concentrations of toxin CrylAc in the laboratory using life table method. The growth, development and population dynamics of O. furnacalis were analyzed. The results showed that all the larvae were killed in 5 d at the treatment of 2 000.0 ng/g concentration of toxin CrylAc. There were significant differences between 200.0 ng/g or 20.0 ng/g toxin CrylAc and non-toxin control in the larvae survival rates of 10 d or 15 d, pupation, larva to moth emergence, the net reproduc- tion rate (R0 ) and the population trend index (I) of O.furnacalis, and these index in the treatments with high concentrations toxin CrylAc were reduced significantly than that with low concentrations. Average generation period (T) and doubling population time (DT) at 200 ng/g toxin CrylAc were significantly larger than other low toxin concentration treatments, while the finite increase rate ( A ) was significantly lower than those with 200.0 ng/g and 20.0 ng/g toxin CrylAc. Our study indicated that toxin CrylAc at the micro contents could effectively control the growth, development and population dynamics of O. furna- calis.
