盐酸米诺环素缓释软膏辅助治疗慢性牙周病41例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的分析盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗慢性牙周病的效果。方法将2007年7月至2010年11月收治的41例慢性牙周病患者随机分为观察组21例和对照组20例,均进行清洁治疗后,观察组使用盐酸米诺环素软膏、对照组使用碘甘油再行牙周袋内抗菌辅助治疗,比较两组患者牙周有关指标改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,两组患者牙周有关指标均明显改善,而且观察组改善效果明显优于对照组;观察组显效率为76.2%,总有效率95.2%,均高于对照组(45.0%、75.0%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗慢性牙周病临床效果较好,值得推广应用。
