摘要
目的探讨国产与进口吻合器在痔上黏膜环切除术(PPH)中治疗重度内痔的临床效果及安全性。方法将重度内痔患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组接受进口吻合器治疗,观察组接受国产吻合器治疗,评估两组患者治疗效果及术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者手术时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、术中出血量、切除黏膜质量、术后疼痛评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者住院时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医疗费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者吻合口炎症、吻合口狭窄及复发情况与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产与进口吻合器在PPH中治疗重度内痔的临床效果及安全性相当。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of domestic anastomat and imported anastomat used in procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） for treating severe internal hemorrhoid. Methods 60 cases of severe internal hemorrhoid were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received the imported anastomat, and the observation group received the domestic anastomat. The curative effects and postoperatice complications were evaluated in the two groups. Results The operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage volume, excised mucous membrane weight and postoperative pain scores in the observation group had no statistical difference as compared with the control group （P〉0.05）.The hospital stay and medical fees in the observation group were signficantly lower than those in the control group with statistical difference between them （P〈0.05）. Anastomotic inflammation, anastomotie stenosis and recurrence had no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The domestic anastomat and imported anastomat used in PPH have the equivalent clinical effects and safety for treating severe internal hemorrhoid.
