摘要
随着铜矿山入选矿石品位逐年下降,矿石的组成和性质也越来越复杂。为了提高选铜回收率,针对某铜选厂原浮选工艺所存在的问题,开展了载体浮选新工艺提高选铜回收率的研究。试验结果显示,当载体介质尺寸分别为+0.074、+0.053和+0.045mm时,新工艺的回收率提高了3.41、3.95和4.89个百分点,从载体介质的解离度分析、载体浮选原理、尾矿鉴定等方面解释了新工艺的机理,为载体浮选技术应用到选铜领域提供了研究基础。
With gradual declining of the grade of run-of-mine ore, the composition and properties of ore become more and more complex in some copper mine. In view of the problems existing in the old flotation process of the mineral processing plant, experimental study to increase copper recovery with carrier flotation process was carried out. The experimental results showed that when size of carrier mediums was +0. 074 ram, +0. 053 mm and +0. 045 mm, the recoveries of copper was increased by 3.41%, 3.95%and 4.89% re- spectively. The paper illustrated mechanism of new process from the liberation degree of carrier particles, principle of carrier flotation and appraisal of tailings, this provided a foundation for the research of appling carrier flotation tech- nology to copper mineral concentration.
