准备姿势是排球运动中的一项基本技术 ,是各项基本技术动作间的串连和衔接部分 ,准备姿势的好坏直接影响着技术动作的完成 ,必须引起我们的重视。
Preparation form is a fundamental skill in volleyball match.It is the connection and transition of various fundamental volleyball skills.A good mastering of preparation form has a direct consequence on the completion of technical skills of volleyball performance.Enough attention should be directed towards it.
